2020 Seasonal Weekly Rates

High Season: 6-1-2020 to 8-10-2020

Base rate- $900 + $100 cleaning/linen fee

Mid-Season: 4-20-2020 to 6-1-2020 ; 8-10-2020 to 9-7-2020

Base rate- $800 + $100 cleaning/ linen fee

​

Low Season: 1-1-2020 to 4-20-2020 ; 9-7-2020 to 12-31-2020

Base rate: $700 + $100 cleaning/linen fee

Renters must be 25 years or older. NO SMOKING INSIDE INCLUDING SCREENED PORCH. $250 Fee if broken.
